PMM will supply an International Cadastral Mapping Expert to the Second Land and Real Estate Registration Project (SLRERP) in the Kyrgyz Republic. The consultancy covers procurement support (evaluation of bids), technical assistance within cadastral mapping and organisation of QC of digitising and georeferencing services.

The consultancy will take place from May to November 2011.

PMM has signed a contract with the Croatian company Geofoto L.L.C. for supply of the Project Manager to the Land Administration Knowledge Improvement (LAKI) Project Lot 2 in the National Agency of Cadastre and Land Registration (ANCPI) in Romania. The main objective was to improve the study and research capacity of ANCPI, especially in the area of primary geodesy and positioning services in order to set up the ANCPI Study Centre.

Lot 2 started early October 2010 and will last until the end of February 2011.

PMM has signed a contract with the World Bank for supply of a Cadastral Expert for Finalisation of the Operational Manual for Cadastral Procedures and Workflow at Municipal Cadastral Offices (MCOs) towards the Kosovo Cadastral Agency (KCA) in Pristina, Kosovo. Work comprises finalisation of a detailed manual describing the work in the front office and the back office of the MCOs.

The project will be undertaken within end of October 2010.

PMM has signed a contract with the World Bank for supply of a Cadastral Expert for Finalisation of the Operatioaln Manuals for Cadastre Reconstruction and Building Cadastre Construction towards the Kosovo Cadastral Agency (KCA) in Pristina, Kosovo. Work comprises finalisation of detailed CR and BCC operational manuals and to provide guidance to the KCA staff in use of the manuals.

The project will be undertaken within end of June 2010.

PMM has signed a contract for consultancy work towards the Agency for Land Relations and Cadastre (ALRC) in Chisinau, Moldova. Work comprises preparation of standards and technical requirements for line map production, procedures for quality control of line map deliveries and technical specifications for procurement of line map production in Moldova.

The project will be undertaken within end of May 2010.

PMM has signed a contract for consultancy work towards the Kosovo Property Agency (KPA). KPA has mandated to facilitate the resolution of claims resulting from the armed conflict that occurred during 1998 and 1999 in respect of private immovable property.

The consultancy includes support to procurement of handheld GPS receivers, preparation of procedures and documentation for field survey and data transfer to/from the Web Portal including training. Furthermore streamlining of data deliveries of claimed parcel information from Kosovo Cadastral Agency (KCA).

The project will be undertaken in November and December 2009.

PMM has signed a contract covering assistance to the Croatian Geodetic Institute (CGI). CGI is in charge of Quality Control of deliveries from private companies carrying out production of input to the Land Parcel Identification System (LPIS). LPIS is a fundamental part of the Integrated Agriculture Monitoring System (IACS) which EU requires being established before Croatian entrance to the EU. The consultancy includes development of specifications of  various products, assistance to develop and implement methods and procedures for quality control of the LPIS related products.

The project will be undertaken within end of September 2009.

PMM has signed a contract for accomplishment of an inception mission to Moldova to identify and describe a solution for storage, maintenance and distribution of othophoto data, the technical infrastructure to support it, training needs and method of procurement.

The project will be undertaken in August and September 2008.

PMM has signed a contract for accomplishment of Component A of the Croatian – Norwegian GeoInformation Project Phase III (CRONO GIP III). Component A covers Consulting Services to Improve Methods and Procedures for Renewal of the Cadastre and Land Register in Croatia.

The project will be undertaken within end of 2009. PMM has previously undertaken Phase I and II of CRONO GIP starting July 2002.

PMM has signed a contract for accomplishment of a Mapping Strategy Study  with the National Land Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (Badan Pertanahan Nasional, BPN).

The project will be undertaken within December 2006 and is closely linked to the Feasibility Study for the Indonesian Spatial Database (contract signed 29 November 2005). 

PMM has signed a contract for accomplishment of a Feasibility Study for the Indonesian Spatial Database with the National Coordination Agency for Surveys and Mapping of the Republic of Indonesia (the Indonesian Mapping Authority, BAKOSURTANAL).

The project will be undertaken within December 2006.

PMM has previously (2004) developed a Strategy Plan and Proposal for a Spatial Database (blueprint) for BAKOSURTANAL.

Several of PMM's consultants have longtime experience from work in Indonesia.

PMM has signed a contract for accomplishment of the The Institutional Strengthening and Cadastre Reconstruction Pilot (ISCRP). ISCRP is a component of the Kosovo Cadastral Support Program Phase II (KCSP II) and comprises consultancy (reorganisation, streamlining and business orientation) to Kosovo Cadastral Agency and production work (cadastre reconstruction) in pilot areas in Gjakova, Gjilani and Pristina. Building and part-of-building registration in Ferizaj and Gjakova.

The project will be undertaken from August 2005 to October 2007.

PMM has previously been participating in KCSP I from November 2000 to November 2002.

PMM has signed a contract with State Geodetic Administration and Zadar County in Croatia for accomplishment of the Analysis and Methodology Component of the Maritime Domain Project Zadar. Consultancy work relates to  determination and management of the maritime zone, a 6 meter belt onshore along the shoreline.

The project will be undertaken from November 2004 to December 2005.

PMM has been working in Croatia since June 2002.

PMM has signed a contract comprising extensions to the ongoing CRONO GIP  contract. Consultancy support will be given to State Geodetic Administration (development of product specifications and geographic database implementation) and Croatian Geodetic Institute (implementation of QC of geographic information), both located in Zagreb, Croatia. 

The project will be undertaken from January 2003 to September 2004.

PMM has signed a contract as subsupplier to ProCaptura AS to undertake consultancy work related to Component 1 (Digital Cadastre Project) of the Croatian – Norwegian GeoInformation Project  Phase II (CRONO GIP). Consultancy support will be given to State Geodetic Administration (procedures for vectorisation of cadastral maps, development of QC procedures) located in Zagreb, Croatia. 

The project will be undertaken from January 2003 to June 2004.

PMM has signed a contract for accomplishment of Component 2 and 3 of the Croatian – Norwegian GeoInformation Project (CRONO GIP). Consultancy support will be given to State Geodetic Administration (development of product specifications and geographic database implementation) and Croatian Geodetic Institute (implementation of QC of geographic information), both located in Zagreb, Croatia. 

The project will be undertaken from June 2002 to June 2004.
